Gradebook Backup
If you maintain grade records in an Online@UT course site, you should always download a backup from the course site after final grades are determined. You should repeat this process for each of your course sites that contain grades. It’s also a good idea to back up the gradebook throughout the semester so you always have a current copy, just in case anything happens. For example, if a student later disputes his or her grade in one of your courses, this will ensure that you have the grades, even if the course site has been deleted.
