The Online@UT website provides access to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville's online course management system, as well as related support documentation. We strive to be the starting point for any online course or organizational work required by faculty, students, and staff.If this is your first time here and you want to learn more about how Online@UT works, please visit our What is Online@UT? page. For students who need to know how to get started, take a look at our Blackboard tutorial. If you're an Instructor who has not yet been certified to teach online at UT, you'll need to complete our CMS 110 course before you can set up your online courses.
We will be upgrading the Blackboard software during mini-term
(5/14-5/21). If you are using
Online@UT for mini-term course delivery, you will receive additional
instructions upon course activation. Please visit our Blackboard version 8 page to find out more about
changes and new features.
Announcements
Instructors: On July 3, 2008 all courses up to and including Spring Semester 2006 will be deleted from the Blackboard
servers. This is in keeping with our Retention Procedures for Course Sites and
User Accounts and our ongoing efforts to provide a reliable and efficient system.
Instructors: Don't forget to request activation of your mini-term and summer course sites now by filling out the Course Activation form. Mini-term
and summer course sites will be available to students April 23.
