If you can't find your problem on the FAQ or known issues pages, or the provided solution doesn't work, you can use our Contact Form to start a support ticket. We monitor tickets regularly from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and will do everything we can to respond to your ticket within 24 hours. It might take longer on weekends and at exceptionally busy periods such as the beginning and end of each semester, but we will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.When you first load the form, there will be a brief pause while we collect some information about your computer and network connection. Here's the data we gather:
